From a list price perspective, yes. Yes they have.
If you can get the standard 20-30% discount off it, then it's slightly better. It *does* seem though that Seiko is being a touch haughty with their...

Interesting read with a few good points. On one hand I agree with Ariel Adams with his disappointment in moving further upmarket and alienating the "traditional" Seiko fan but in another way I...
The only thing better than attending a GTG is attending a Seiko GTG :-!
That JDM speedtimer foursome is sexy :D
Easily, e a s i l y, the best looking PADI edition so far :-!
You'd wanna hang on till Basel if you're looking for a Presage. They're coming out with a new (NEW) new movement!! How exciting! The 6R15 has always been a bit mushy for a 1K+ watch.

Congratulations! I agree r.e. the logo. It suits the busier faced sports watches nicely (especially the chronograph) but on the regular models it looks a little too sparse.
As a Zed driver shouldn't you be considering this? Nothing beats matching marques in the carport ;)

All current Grand Seiko production ends in May - then ALL models will be replaced with the new branding.
This is a Brave New World :O

That's the SBGW033 re-re-issue I mentioned. They're limited re-runs of the historical 3180, the first Grand Seiko. This time they're 38mm and have slightly different case shapes truer to the 3180 than...
I'm hoping (praying?) that the price rises will be justified somehow. I notice that for strap only models (the SBGW033 re-re-issues and the L.E. Ti dealie) the prices are more-or-less in line with...
OK so the new logo is this:
Step 1: Completely remove "SEIKO"
Step 2: Take exactly what is currently on the dial under the hands: "GS" and "Grand Seiko" with "Grand Seiko" centred under "GS" and...
:wigwag:
You know what? I *AM* surprised :D
Yes it is on both counts. It's well known that green and yellow Seikos are very nice

IT'S GREEN
Very good choice. I like the "Blue Lagoon" and the green Asia L.E. (it doesn't get a name) varieties.
It's not something I'd try getting away with more than once ;);)
EDIT:
Reason no. 3 makes a compelling argument I s'pose :D
I didn't try any other hatches at the time, I was more looking...
I did some test driving a year ago when I was considering replacing my Mk4. Just to throw an opinion out when I drove them back to back, the Scirocco R is better in every way, except perhaps...
Sigma make fantastic lenses. Another more budget-ey option is Tamron, who also make excellent lenses. Their 90mm macro is well regarded, assuming The New Rig™ has a built in AF motor, as the Sigma...
Any bike.......The choices are endless then :D
I would recommend, a medium-to-large capacity upright, naked bike. Very comfortable, very easy to handle, good for commuting and you can add a...
Good on ya. It mostly comes down to personal preference. I'd only recommend learning on a cruiser if you plan on sticking with cruisers (i.e, a lifestyle thing or you want to get into touring)....
Excellent taste!! The interior is terrible but the drivetrain is sublime.
I got a new exhaust system for the CB

VAGes aren't unreliable, but the ownership costs are high and frequent. The A4 may be applauded in the press, because it handles well and has the best interior etc etc but it's a new car when they...
They had no choice - no force on this earth can cut through the genuine 904L Swedish steel ;)
