It’s noticeable! Before, without using the clasp extension, it was a hair tight. With this case back, fits perfectly
It’s essentially the 1861 with co-axial, free-spring balance, and silicon hairspring
Probably just under 13, but haven’t measured. Wears pretty thin, even with the solid case back, manual wind and all, and no wobble.
Spiralwinder put out a sapphire caseback for the 3861! Fits great with the existing o-rings and actually lowers the profile about 1mm :D
