    Join the League!

Debuting on a tablet, phone, or computer near you, the International Watch League is an independent and wide-ranging forum provided for watch enthusiasts by watch enthusiasts. From mainspring to microchip, from Europe to Asia, from micro-brand to boutique - we cover it all.

Owners and operators from around the globe truly put the international in International and assure that we have expertise from every time zone and every corner of the watch world. Founded by a "league" of seasoned forum moderators recently retired from Watchuseek, IWL offers a home for both novice and expert with a variety of discussion fora including theme, brand and general as well as blogs. Whether it's asking a simple question, contributing to the fund of horological knowledge, or simply showing off a picture of your new watch, IWL will provide the welcoming and courteous environment.

Custom original artwork highlights the forum headers, while the popular vBulletin® software provides a stress-free interactive experience.

"We saw a need in the internet horology community for a general discussion site owned and operated by actual enthusiasts rather than by corporations," said Jeannie. "When Watchuseek was acquired by such a company, a team of highly motivated WUS moderators recognized that we could stay where we were and act as employees, or we could combine our own considerable resources and build the kind of site we most enjoy ourselves--one run for enthusiasts and by enthusiasts. We had a couple of IT guys, a lawyer, a project manager, and a professional artist with us so we felt like we could do it right. We also realized we already made a good team and it seemed natural to take that to the next level and into our own venture. Our passion for watches has never stopped, and we didn't want to stop either. And we know we have the right kind of motivation to make it work."

"I want to keep working alongside these same people," said GaryF. "I want to build something we can be proud of."

Broker's goals were even more simply stated, "A site for enthusiasts, owned by enthusiasts, run by enthusiasts. Nothing more. Nothing less."
