The "Special Burger" from one of the many kebab vans of my youth was so overburdened with goodness that they had given up on the tower thing: the two halves of the bun were perpendicular, making a wedge for the burger, the salad, the cheese, the kebab meat, the sauces, the chips

Snowy and cool here today, so I felt some winter food was in order. Made a rosé and cooked it with ground turkey, stuffed some giant shells with local ricotta and spinach, and baked it.
I know it looks like I plated it from across the room, but it was actually only a few paces. I was hungry!
It is now my duty to completely drain you .
