    Seiko 6319-5010

This just arrived. Works but is FULL of crud!

    Movement looks nice and shiny.

Dial and hands are like new.

    All clean now.
Had to do this the manual way. Old sonic toothbrush and Dove soap.
Wasn't gonna dirty up the ultrasonic.
Bathroom sink looked like Steptoe had a bath in it

    This part needs repair/replacing.
Looks like someone opened it up for some odd reason.

    Small update...

Realised it is missing the crystal holding ring

I have a 7009-5010 complete watch needing resto and a spare complete case too. Both of which have the ring.

Question - Are they the same parts?

Thanks. I'm only just getting started on this.
Just a quick test with polish and techniques.
Will eventually tear it down and do it properly. Not sure how to refinish bracelet. All satin or part satin part polished?

The movement is beyond me and my eyes so I send any I need servicing to my trusted guy, George in Berlin.
