I'm lacking a blue dialed one, wouldn't mind bringing this back...

I'm surprised that one only lasted as long as it did. I always wondered if the dial was simply too expensive to continue production.

Nomos blue dials are amazing. The Timeless midnight Orion is about the closest I've seen to the Zurich. It's a little darker than the Zurich, at least in pictures, but it does offer the silver markers and hands.

I would love for them to develop a quick-set date wheel.
Oh, and maybe they could put their Lambda movement in a watch I could imagine being able to afford?

I was going to say a SS Lambda. You and I both tried this on at Toppers. What a stunning piece, but the precious metal is a complete turn off to me.

Second on the wish list is a chronograph. Seeing how Nomos does everything a bit different I'd be curious how they would execute it..
