    i decided to give it' the works' and it has been away for three months or so queuing up for a service with a very good watchmaker - just got it back full service and ultrasonic - there was a very small nibble in the mineral at 25past and the original crown was worn on the plating , not surprising for a 48yr old watch - both been replaced with correct Omega signed signed crown and mineral - i have it on a vintage ostrich leather with a steel /gold Omega buckle i love it and will wear it often it is such a pleasure !!

    That's beautiful. Hope it gets more wrist time.

    I have a '47 Doxa in rose gold that's similar. I need to take it out and wear it more often.

    I love vintage gold.
