A bit of Courviosier last evening while watching comedies using the new (to me) home theater receiver I gave myself for Christmas. Very tasty.

    But this morning:

    Rick “coffee before gifts” Denney
More than 500 characters worth of watches.

This stuff is devine. Not exactly cheap, but not silly money either; and worth every penny as far as I'm concerned.

We stocked my wife up on some gluten free beers. This one was decent.

Oh my, if it weren't for the boat ride, I would be right over!

... and you'd be very welcome: COVID has put paid to our usual family gathering and my wife doesn't drink; drinking 'alone' is not the greatest... ... Still, I shall persevere.
Wishing all a Happy New Year.

Aside: My lasting memory of 2020 news will likely be the toilet paper nonsense... Rather fitting for a year that was altogether sh!tty !

Decisions, decisions...just me and the wife tonight so both is not an option. A Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc or a Brut Rose. I haven't tried either but would say the rose will be fuller and less lively while the blanc de blanc will be more refreshing and refined.
