    G-9000 the transformation part-2

well in part one we had the clean up and repair. Well in part two, Time to try on a new shirt could have gone for a replacement in the red and black but I got that in my GA-100 .so had the option of stealth model I.E all black or could have gone green but choose mud/sand one in the end, As when they come this way from the factory the crystal has the white edge too it looks ok but to me with the black buttons it does not jel, I thought with the other colours the crystal edge is black so to me it would work better so went for the mud bezel / strap.

Looks in person more grey then mud or sand but it works well and I like the look so a couple of the before shots here..

    And the after shot here

Think it's gone from unloved / nonworking to a bit of a good looker. Think well worth the effort and money, Some said for what I spent on this one I could probably have got a decent condition one for it. But then it would not be the colour combo I wanted thou so still think it worked out slightly cheaper in the long run lets me see £14.50 all in for module and £30 for bezel/strap so say £45 all in think it a good price for a G-9000 modded what say you

    As always Ismy

    Cool restoraton!

The Wach even looks more Stormtrooper then the factory one with the black dial instead of the white!

    Great work ismy.

Definitely looks better than the factory color combo.

I never really liked the white dial on any model. So for me yours looks awesome.

well am loving it still But it don't seem to sit well on my wrist seems a bit small that or I am use to the GA-100 fitting me but , also the button seem a bit hard to push as I have only had this one don't know if thats the norm or not so don't know if it's going be a keeper. might put it to the collection as do like the look and I might get use to it
