Any ideas on how to fix this Vostok crown mechanism?

This crown is from a Vostok 470 case with 2209 movement. It doesn't seem to be locking like it should and so I see that the crown slips whenever I try to wind it or set time. Before I declare this broken, I wanted to check if anyone has ideas to fix this.

eBay has this part but it's pretty expensive for a crown and stem. If anyone has spares I'd be grateful.

It measures about 18.5mm in length, 6mm inner diameter and 7mm outer. The stem I think is about 2mm.
