    Next update

    Some of mine may be, well, could be said to be similar, Guess everyone likes a certain style
    Afaik the thoughts are to improve over time, get something better.
    Got to admit the 'marine' has always caught my eye, To date not really got 'the one' , when it's here you'll know it one.
    So far Shanghai have called...

    Their older auto had a pretty cool vibe imo

    Apart from Beihai 5 which is Roman not Arabic, and the same case shape, what...

    Know I should have got one of these when they cost less, althougth at the time very much more than they should, and not Chinese, still great

    Like that (a watch I yearn for has a Buran 8 day movement in it (Orfina Royal Navy 8 Day)) , but answer me this ........

    What is the Buran connection to Russian watches ?

    Cos they’re a Swiss company (the main site I went to was .ch at least )

    Buran (snow storm) was a name that Poljot used on some of theirs. Now a brand of Volmax , a sort of off shoot when Poljot went belly up.
    Volmax started at the old Poljot works, still there afaik , but relocated in Swiss. Buran is their Swiss , Aviator and Sturm... are more often than not from Moscow site
