    If 1980's count as "old" how about this 1983 Big Block with the automatic (!) Valjoux 7750?

    well yes to me they all count but we did a thread in here on age and what we call them to me vintage is like hmmm it changes every time but hmm 40's to the 80's say as vintage anything early being antique and newer then that retro so yeah every one has what they term vintage think the consensus here was anything older then 25 years makes it vintage and anything over 75 antique

    I agree. It's not vintage but old enough and historically significant enough to qualify as a modern classic. A bit like its owner

    yeah was tempted to put our IWL here it's brand new but based very loosely on the seagul 63 and we gave it a rather vintage looking charm to it so yes think it's going to be a definite classic of the future

    cool was thinking it might have been ten years older then I first thought seems like in the USA there are bargains to be had in the uk the prices are ridicules high on bins prices and auction one some seem to do well others not so much or could be just mine that do bad

    Got this 1 for pennies on the $ (aka caught some1 slippin'), pics & descrip were horrible took a chance & I'm super excited I did, she was just looking to get rid of it for the most part.

    beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that..

    but yes love to get me a few bargains

    just think the vintage side is fairly new to you wasn't it ? or am I thinking of another member ? sure we had a chat when you first started to look at vintage but now you can spot a good deal now like the best of them
