    Academy Georges Favre-Jacot

Well, I must say I like this one better than the last. While not necessary and perhaps overly complex for the application, I do love the use of a fusee.

Here is the youtube link to it: Academy Georges Favre-Jacot

One question I do have. Why don't they let it run? I'd love to see the hands and balance wheel in action.

    Cheers,

    Dan

Wouldn't it be fun to take that to your favorite local watchmaker and ask him to service it?

I'd be afraid he would accept! With that kind of loot invested in a watch, it would go to someone who had a better presence than a thin slot in a strip mall! I'd at least want to make sure he had enough insurance to cover it.
