The Skyhawk was a 2016 purchase. 2017 saw only a couple of Casios, and a Tradition.
    Eterna | Tudor | Seiko | Casio | G-Shock | Orient | Swatch | Mondaine | Zodiac (pre-Fossil) | Rolex | Wenger | Pulsar Time Computer | Omega | Timex | Bucherer | Citizen | Bulova | Glycine

My year started out with the green dial Sixties Iconic Square from GO...

I liked the vibe of that one, so set out on a search to add a Sixties Iconic to the mix...

On a trip to Las Vegas in the spring, I had the chance to see the Cartier Drive in the metal, and fell in love. I had never considered adding a Cartier to my collection, but I wear this one a lot...

I had always wanted to add a moon phase to my collection, but had never found quite the right one. After I saw the Master Calendar Meteorite in the metal, I knew I had finally found my moon phase...

And, finally, after seeing the Milgauss Z-Blue, I added a Rolex to the mix -- something I thought would never happen...

Wait -- did I say "finally"? Just got back from another trip to Vegas, where I was able to see a lot of watches in one fell swoop. In particular, saw one from a brand I have long wanted to add to the collection -- it is supposed to arrive today...

Wow. That's quite the haul for the year!

On a similar note... Isn't it time you do a proper SOTC?
