    I had long planned to gift myself a GMT Master II Pepsi for turning 50. I'm starting to rethink that gift in favor of the Explorer II.

    While I prefer the GMT dial of the Explorer II, I do see the appeal of the original Explorer.
    Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.
