I soooo want to grow up to be a seasoned veteran. Thank you for the instruction.

But I did do a search. I searched on "titles that will cause Geoff the greatest annoyance" and this is what came up.

The answer is terribly simple: Rolex...err...no. Omega! Yes, it's Omega. Wait a minute: maybe Rolex...yes, it's Rolex. No, I'm wrong: it's Omega...

    Welcome!

Glad you're here Rick; some of us need some 'straightening up'.

If you come to a fork in the road; take it, and then put it down so someone else can use it.

Being a newbie myself, I'm just not getting all the in-jokes.

Which is better, Omega or Rolex?
    Omega!
    Rolex!
    Omega!
    No, no, Rolex!

IMHO it depends on what you think is important!
    Second hand value - Rolex
Recognition amongst the "unwashed" - Rolex
    Innovations - Omega
    Model range - Omega.

    And so on!

I own Omegas, but no Rolex. Yet. Why? It is something about the visual design. But the style is an Icon. So I do not know why.......

By what I've heard in the past the answer may be Grand Seiko......
