    I thought I would switch things up a bit.


    Actually my wife liked the idea of the step tracker and wanted one of her own. She likes the white model with positive display.
    I have it set for her and ready to go. It's her first gshock since the dw500 original baby G she had in the late '80's. She wore that one every day for years. I'll try to get a good wrist shot one day soon.

    Nice Parnis . Are the hands from a different model? Since they have no lume. And how is the lume in general? I often thought I should get another pilot style watch with the Chinese "Unitas".

    I had bought this one used at the bay.
    I thought it was modded but later found out that this silly combination of lumed dial and not lumed hands was made from factory that way.
    The lume on this model is blueish which is nice.
    But the durability is pathetic.
    Its the same on a second model with lumed hands i own.
    Not a brand that you should choose for the lume i think.

    Thanks for the info . Yeah, the lume is often a problem with the cheapo brands. Too bad, since the cases and movements are often pretty good.
