Top left black dial (2red star's) looks interesting , what does the writing say?

The case I have is this one (420 I think)
Dial size could be 27mm or 30mm I think

could be from the brass case think it's 28mm

seems it's got a slight imperfection on the dial by the ten if you want it you can have it for free plus the hands the lume is kinda wicked bright on it .. think it must have been caught by one of the pins from the others p.m me your address again will post in the morning

I have been trying to get the old smeagal back on IWL but cannot seem to get anywhere with it all stems from a windows update in September I also lost some of my apps and other things such as dropbox from my phone to main computer for pics,although the pics show up in my folders they do do not show in IWL dropdown
