not only that for some that are serious flippers they never hold price, out the half dozen or so I have followed , the re-sell seemed to loose £200 / £300 , saw one it was bought for £500 two / three months later sold for £200 so ...

my theory is if going micro brands let some one else take the hit first ... then if the bezel gets damage / crown / etc not as fussed as got it for a good price anyway plus with me am use to ding up watches as bought well used.

I don't mind wearing and not caring .. but if new and mint I get worried in wearing it and that end up sitting un-used .. then I think well if not wearing it sell it and then lose out as the price just ant their even if in mint ...

give you an example I bought a n.o.s red 12 wore it a couple of time banged it did not damage it but got worried so went in the draw for two years recently sold it ..so had all the papers / case etc etc and it went a lot less then I paid ..so I could have used it hard and I would have probably got the same for it

so that would make one or should make one wear and not care about damaged but still do so ..

if I go second hand just seem easier for me as they come pre-ding and then i can just enjoy and wear ...

take the steiny it has some very minor dings to two of the lugs can't really see them but I can so happy to just wear and enjoy .. if mint it would be keep for best ( and end up never being worn ) crazy I know

Not crazy, Ismy. I think is perfectly understandable. It's very comfortable to wear a watch we don't care if it gets a ding or not.
