Time shifting after a long day traveling from Cambridge, UK to Birmingham, AL (and watching the own goal contest).
I even have my bag, now (13 hours late - it made it from Heathrow to ATL on time, but somehow they couldn't get
it on the 22 min flight from ATL to BHM). Time to do a laundry!
After two weeks of travel watches (B&M, Omega) and only one dress watch (Zenith), it's time to go to the rotation for
the coming week.
On my wrist - this 194? Stowa. 32mm, 18mm fixed bar lugs. Definitely smaller than everything on my wrist for the past 2 weeks,
but small is also good. Gold painted black dial, SS case.
.
In my desk stand (not much occasion to carry these anymore) is YetAnotherHamilton4C from 1968.
This one in the "classic" configuration: double-sunk Railway Special dial, black (NOT blue!) hands,
and a nice bar-over-crown GF case.
Looks like I have another dozen or so of these to wade through before the rotation brings us back to 1869.
Unless, of course, another bright shiny object catches my eye (squirrel!)
La lutte elle-mκme vers les sommets suffit ΰ remplir un cur d'homme; il faut imaginer Sisyphe heureux.

Sigh...the Stowa is running slow (perhaps 10min/day). Of course, the Hamilton is spot on.
