I really like it, I'd say the most of the hundreds of Russians I've browsed so far -- and a 24h would add variety to my 'collection'. That said, I'm still thinking because I know it would be a gimmick watch -- I don't see myself ever getting used to reading a 24h dial. (May it's a good thing if you have to stop and look a good few seconds before you read the time? Makes you admire and appreciate your timepiece, no? )

It took me a while, but I ended up saying
‘It’s 3 minutes past something..’ (easy cos minute hand works as ‘normal’)
Then looking closer ‘.. 9am’
Course the gold for day, black for night helped too :-)
It's the final countdown! PM me before they're all gone!

I keep eyeballing this Sturmanskie Traveller, they go for ~€300 in different places.
I found a few real-life pics, it looks like the numerals and hour indexes are embossed rather than applied, which I find cheap and interesting at the same time, not an issue.
Mineral crystal, non-hacking seconds.
Has anyone here handled modern Sturmanskies and could tell something about their overall build quality and reliability? The movement is Vostok 2431.
