Thanks for the Zarya compliments. They seem to be made in distantly spaced batches, so it’s unpredictable what, when will be available
Dave has a cool Zarya moonphase iirc
I sold mine to Is - it’s just possible he still has it. I know he’s in clearout mode
I’m not sure of the state of play with Poljot these days: just who owns what names, and where things are made, or indeed what goes into them. So good luck :-)
most modern Russians are now pricey when you go a ways from the vostok range I find
sharky
one of the most original good guys their was never anything but a true friend "the daito to my shoto"

Used to really want a Dennisov Barracuda, price was high but sooo big. From what is posted by owners the finish surpasses most makes, from anywhere.
A.S. are pretty amazing afaik

worth a read on this site btw

a few brands still around, many now use someone else's movements, even quartz. Volmax have moved to Swiss but still make some in Russia. Prices are silly money imo . yet very well made, getting bigger though,
Vostok movements are some of the most robust around. Worth getting date free imo, easier to live with
They make a very large range too. not just Amphibs. & Kom's. Can't not smile when stapping on an Amphib. , worth getting a few.... no such thing as one Vostok
Found these interesting, but big

May be worth a look at a Vostok special on the go at the mo.

FWIW, EU citizens don't have to worry about shipping fees or VAT/custom duties:

When the 50th. Gagarin 2609 came out a Volmax guy said all macines and movements/parts where sold off to Vostok to keep their 24's
since , they have had a few themselves, and Volmax have a few new too. perhaps using the last...
... get as soon as poss. if a must have
