Last month I finally tried Stand Up Paddling. No idea why this is a thing. Why go thru all the effort of standing up on a floppy board when one can sit and paddle in a nice comfy kayak? Oh well, me and the SeaWolf enjoyed our day on the ocean nevertheless.

Seconded. Whisper it quietly, but in a kayak you can also surf waves surfers can only dream about, accelerating onto them and then, once on, having a degree of control surfers can only dream of.

I'd forgotten what a 'lump' this thing is - A bit of a shock after wearing smaller watches for so long.

Some people have opinions - The rest of us have taste.
