There is something nice about simply strapping it to the wrist. Just make sure the date is correct.
Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

I’ve love my quartz watches. The Bulovas with sweep seconds and super accurate movements, the Seikos with kinetic and solar movements that don’t require regular battery replacements, and my Constellation with its thermo-compensated perpetual calendar movement.

When I travel, I almost always take just a certain Citizen Eco-Drive, as I trust it. I feel no shame. (Plus, the one you took is a very cool looking watch.)
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

I've never understood the quartz-haters. Both quartz and mechanicals have their advantages and disadvantages. Wear what you like, like what you wear.
