No surprise I'm wearing the PAM with one of the new straps.

What was a surprise was this visitor at happy hour last night. He was near the edge of my yard and just hung out until I moved him on.

Continuing the "audition" with a likely candidate Orient Mako II.

You want the Mako. I have a blue-dial Ray, which is the same watch (sunburst dial?) as best I can tell, I’m thinking about selling. The Mako and the Ray will fit the same.

Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

Railmaster for now. Will switch to my father’s Hamilton tonight for the charity event. Fussing with French cuffs and cuff links is not my favorite thing, but I draw the line at genuine bow ties, since I have no idea how to tie them. A falsie will have to do.

No man over the age of eight should wear a clip-on. If you’re going to take the time to pick the right watch, take the time to learn how to tie the bow tie. It’s not that hard.

Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Althea and I walked around Dock Square, which perfectly represents both the cliche and awesomeness of Kennebunkport.

Tomorrow, the wife and I are going to see the first-ever PWHL Championship game. Had to sell the tix to String Cheese, but I’ve seen them before, and probably will again.

    Have a great weekend!
