At least according to the claim on their website, they've been around for 175 years. Pretty skinny at 22mm wide, though. And not cheap.

175 years minus about 40 after they closed in the late 1970s. There is a family link, though.
There were watches with Fears on the dial, but I’m not sure how much making they did - or if they were much known outside Bristol.
But it’s good to see them having a go.
