I just made a rum raisin for my MIL. Vegan style with coconut milk and no eggs. Not my favorite, but it was actually pretty good. On a side note, I bought a bottle of decent(ish) rum. My first time sipping this stuff and I have to say it's delicious. Taste like a hint of burnt sugar (Creme Brulee top). Yum.

In keeping with Iron Chef I once made avocado ice cream with a strawberry cayenne sauce ( you know, hot sauce....geddit?). It was for an avocado based potluck.

    It was quite good.

Nice. In Jamaica this year I won a contest and the prize was some 21 year old Appleton's. That was fine.

And at $115 USD a bargain compared to the $5K price for the 50 year old.

Couple scoops of Carte D'Or Madagascan Vanilla ice-cream and a dash of Maraschino Cherries (helps my gout apparently)
