We have had a few days around 40 ish and a lot in the 30s. Almost no rain at all here either. The trees in the parks are dying. I heard the smoke has reached Ontario.

Not looking forward to the walk to work on Thursday morning. For those using Farenheit that is almost -62!

By what stretch of the imagination can this 'light dusting' be considered as "Heavy snow..." ?!

A whole inch ?.. ... I don't think I'll be able to make it to work through that... ... In fact, that's so severe; I'm not sure I'll be able to make it out of bed.

And don’t clear your windscreen with the wiper blades, and then drive along with a heap of snow on the bonnet.

That did not look right since there are 32 degrees to get to zero in smaller steps in Fahrenheit, so it should be a smaller number than Celsius. Conversion says -27C equals -16.6F when I did it.

We started at 46F (7.8C) this morning and at 1pm we're sitting at 69F(20.6C).
    Cheers,

    Michael
