Hopefully by the baby...that’s what G-Shocks are for.

She just switched to a size 3 nipple, and gets a little too enthusiastic. (May have inherited that from me. )

I'm just glad I don't have to clean out the mesh on my Longines. The G-Shock rinses well.

I think the blue is brighter on this than the previous BLNR I had or the Pepsi.

Not to put a pin in your bubble, but this is a month and a half later than the Pepsi showed up last year or the Sea Dweller 43 the year before that. It seems for me the Basel release for that year are the easiest watches to get. I’m at the AD first thing the morning the releases are announced. I’ve been first on the list for the hot release three years in a row. I think it will be a thin year again for SS Rolexes. I think best case I might get one of the others I have on order.

I understand that even the new controversial Tudors will not be out before October.

I’ve never categorised them, but size 3 sounds more than an ample sufficiency

Thanks gents. It has been just over five days and it still hasn't gained close to a full second yet. The kirazuri is on its first major overseas trip, with small children. It's a stellar piece. I haven't seen a better all-round watch in all the departments that matter. It dresses so well and still looks good casually - it is perfect for my average usage cycle. The polish is incredible - and hopefully will remain so - despite the mounting tally of little scratches.

The watchmaker was on unrelated items that will have to wait until I get home to (re)introduce them to the forum. I thought I had covered the retro-diver-with-ridiculous-raised-and-engraved-crystal slot with the Rado Captain Cook MkII but now I'm staring down the barrel of the SM300 trilogy. I had the Grand Seiko right there telling me that I don't need the SM300, pleading with me to see sense, but here I am crunching the numbers again.
