    WRUW Monday 17th. May

Sort of. It lay unused for about 35 years after he died until I found it in 2012/3. Amazingly, it wound and ran right away although the second hand was stuck.

I took it to my local watchmaker who replaced the crystal and got the second hand running. The crown and red second hand are possibly not original but it was this way when he died so I kept them to respect his choice.

Afternoon change to my vintage 1960’s Ebel. I bought some 18mm straps so expect to see these vintage watches more often.
