In case some of you start wondering why this diver is on a strap, let me clarify this strap is a Hirsch Paul from their Performance series (WR 300m); water is not a problem.

Been wearing the Airborne for a few days now, no need to stop. It's not as legible late night tritium wise as the X-Lume was, but still decent and the PCL's must be brushed, soon, it's driving me nuts.

Last day of a short work week. Good thing, too; sick as a dog. Thought I'd made it through the winter without getting sick, but noooo....

I got this last year, but I don’t think I’ve shown it here before either. At only 38mm x 7.65mm it slips under the cuff easily. Only gripe is the agricultural finnisage on the ETA 2892. I can’t help thinking that had they forgone the displyback, they could have shaved another 0.5mm off. However, it makes sense if one considers the position at the bottom of the Montblanc lineup. As an entry-level watch, it might attract younger buyers who would care more about price and seeing the movement than the actual level of finish. Still, dollying it up with a few plated bridges and a couple of blued screws would not have added that much to the price.
I'd Schwarzkopf it daily, except I couldn't be bothered with the inevitable explanations...
