I do, the frequency depends entirely on how manic the workload is, it helps that I have my own office so it's not like there's anyone looking over my shoulder...

I gave up checking watch fora at work for lent last year. Unfortunately, it was an unexpectedly slow period as our deals ground to a halt and proved surprisingly difficult.
