You said you're either in the gym or running when not at work - you're a long distance runner? Better get the miles in while you're young; it gets harder and harder with age (don't ask me how I know)
For the moment there are no DJ's in my collection.
Mostly weightlifting (6 evenings a week), picked up running again some 2 months ago - this I usually do some 3 times a week before breakfast/work et cetera.. Max I did was 1/2 marathon 3 weeks back but I decided to quit the longer distances as my weight dropped too much.
