This is my work gym on my property, first clients start at 630a. Wish you were closer, I’d get you back at it.

I will train myself later this morning.

I haven't gone near a gym since the outset of the pandemic. And it shows.

I'm rejoining a gym; getting serious about diet and activity; and I'm about to experiment (under medical supervision) with Ozempic, the weight loss drug du jour. I'm more than a little skeptical about the medication piece, but have concluded it is worth a try.
