Serry liked one of my posts last night. I promptly harrassed her about posting agin.

I never met Ben, but we PM’d some years back when I was travelling in Belgium. We discussed about meeting for a beer, but diversion to his town didn’t suit my route and he couldn’t meet me in closest city due to leg injury. So decided to leave it for another time.

Now I’m in a four day workshop at company’s plant in Belgium, hotel reservation for the group was made in Ben’s home town. Perfect opportunity to meet a fellow forum member, if he were still alive.

After full day of travelling and first meetings at the plant took a quick dinner with closest collagues. On my way back to hotel grabbed a bottle of Ben’s favourite beer, and I raise a toast to his memory in my room. Rest in peace I-B!
