It was pretty good actually. Wears small with the dark bezel. Was kinda thick but it's not a small watch. Big bracelet helped.

Very nice report, Geoff. How was that Moser under the shirt cuff? Their measured thickness is always rather thick for a dress watch, but I suspect quite a bit of it is the domed crystal.

Yup, that's what I'm talkin' about. It looks to me like literally half the thickness is the crystal, which would have significant implications for wearability.

I think at least a whisper of its advertised 12.5mm is caused by the lugs going lower than the caseback:

I'd be very surprised if they measured from the bottom of the lugs. Nobody does that, do they?

I'm afraid rational and objective thought mostly goes out the window - you're so wowed by x or y that the rest becomes a side issue. I didn't register it as a problem though, if that's any help.

Great report Geoff..
I think most of the HIGH end stuff is FUGLY, that's right all capitals. But the FC in steel is such a beautiful piece. The name escapes me but doesn't a member here post w/ 1 ?
I've been looking @ these for quite some time. But I haven't seen the 1 you posted w/ the hunter caseback
Looks like an interesting & fun event. Are these types of events very formal dress ? Would love to attend something like this but I wear jeans.
