All my G shocks are daily beaters because they cost around 20 quid average

i would always plump for a decent 'higher' end solar atomic g shock pre-owned in mint cond [ebay] - even user manual doesnt matter as all casio manuals can be downloaded -box \receipts are not relevant with a g -only new one i ever bought was the gps -only then because i got it half price in a sale -never have a problem and you will pick them up half price or less a good model anywhere between £40 and 70 depending on the model and condition of course - in my mind even with a g shock a quality one is better than a cheaper one

yeah to a degree you might be right but as this one is the most common one if the worse case happens it's easy to re-place and it was not that cheap it was £109 when bought ( it is now on sale at £60 ish don't know how long for guys if you want one ) so think will save my cash use this and then it it does get that badly damaged it becomes unusable then might look for a sale/bay solar to replace it
