    Not too bad..
Why the 1939? from what I read started the company in 1932 as a clock company, and it's first (pocket)watch was way newer, from the 50ties

    From the Chinese watch wiki:

In 1932 Koo Hai Zheng opened a clock factory in Shanghai called Tak On Clock Factory. These first clocks were branded Double Arrow. The factory was bombed and destroyed in the 1937 Japanese invasion. However, the following year it was rebuilt and renamed Jin Xing (Gold Star) Industrial Association. Production commenced of alarm clocks bearing the now-famous Diamond brand name.
Maybe it refers to the Diamond brand name?

I bought this Seagull Chronograph many years ago. The bracelet is an 18 mm aftermarket Oyster design.

Looking through the display back there is a very intricately made manual winding movement.

    Thanks for the welcome.

The 1963 Chinese Air Force variant is a good addition to the collection.
