(It was about U.K. residents trying to rid themselves of gray squirrels...now admit it, who had a dirty mind?)

Pear is a great thing to pair with savoury dishes, especially pork/ preserved pork and in this case the gorgonzola really holds the sweetness in check.
I think the only reason I don't make this a whole lot more often is the fact that it isn't exactly healthy food. Well, except for the pears.
