Thank you to all who voted for the Timex throughout the competition.I'm truly flattered to come out on top as there were some excellent pieces in the running, and was convinced the 'mechanicals' would win through. It seems there's something magical and endearing (not to mention nostalgic) about those little red glowing digits.

Once again, thanks to all concerned. That's a very well deserved winner amongst a ridiculously strong field. More to the point, it's been a great deal of good natured fun and has been an excuse to discover quite a few fascinating watches we'd never have noticed without the competition.
