    Do Rado

I get the impression that there are quite a lot of Radeaux here on IWL.

Can we get pictures of all of them in one thread, please?

No hurry, feel free to show one at a time, if you've bagfuls

Please tell us the dates of them too.

Never purchased one for myself. I purchased my wife this one, she likes it so far.

They have always interested me, but for some reason have yet to pull the trigger on one.

They seem like nice watches, especially the ceramic ones.

I would really like to find a 37mm-40mm vintage Rado, but they all seem to be more in the 30mm-34mm range.

Ok, I'll start with the world's first scratchproof watch.
From 1962, the unnumbered Diastar "0":

And to follow, from 1962/63 two Diastar 1's and a Diastar 1/e chronometer:

Have you ever tried one on? They wear surprisingly large and the tungsten carbide cases are quite weighty.
I have an 8" wrist so here's a couple of wrist shots to help your considerations:

. There are actually quite a few vintage Rados that are 37-38mm. They built some big watches in the early sixties. I will post my absurdly large collection of them when I get home and I will point out the ones that fall within your parameters.

Don't think I've ever seen your collection all in one place...
I'll post a few more of mine later.
