Excellent giveaway. Congrats on 10K milestone. I'm in.
I think the possibility of Tudor sticking the MT5612 in the 36 is very slim. But if I DID have the option of buying the 36 with either ETA or in-house, with all else being equal, would go in-house...
Yeah...deep down I think I know the 36 is the one for me. Interesting observation on the Pelagos fit Raza, it def was big but really did hug the wrist a lot better I think. I tried on the Ranger,...
...but I'm having trouble. So I'm in the market for a new watch, possibly. I've been wanting a Black Bay Blue since it was released, but i've struggled with the heftiness of it. I've tried it on a...
Looks great! Wish they didn't make it a limited release. Means I'll probably never get the chance to own one. The mass market version is def. not as nice.
The BB36 has been calling. Tried it on a few weeks ago and love it...

Vintage Tudor Oyster-Prince today
Yeah...canoeing is great fun, watching the Mets is not.
Books (mainly vintage detective novels), Camping, Hiking, Paddling (just finished a 5 day canoe trip of the Oswegatchie river traverse in the Adirondacks), Baseball (Mets fan...i know), Chess...etc.
I emailed Timeless twice over last 2 weeks to inquire about a purchase and they still haven't gotten back to me. Why don't they want my business!?
Also my SKX013, as I've mentioned before, has...

Really got excited about the 62MAS for a second when I first heard about/saw pictures. And at 39.7mm? Great! Then the other shoe dropped with the insane price tag and limited edition. Then got more...
Just opened a bottle of Henry Mckenna 10 Year Bottled in Bond Single Barrel No.2861. Have had some excellent bottles and some just alright bottles from Mckenna but for $27.99 it's a fantastic value.

Whenever I get the fever I try to take my mind off it with other distractions. These include: bourbon, denim, boots, books, bags...etc.
Wow that's intense. Glad you're back on here so soon and best wishes for a speedy and full recovery!
Well, these issues were in my eyes, keep in mind:
- Felt the hands were too short, could be 1 or 2mm longer.
- Satin finish is nice but picks up marks very easy.
- The outer AR coating went all...
Sinn 556I is gone. One hell of a watch, but I had my issues with it, it wasn't getting the wrist time, and I'm trying to put a purchase together for 2017.

1966 Tudor Oyster-Prince
Yes but the Black Bay went from 12.7mm to 14.8mm which I think is definitely noticeable.
So that means the BB36 will get the new in house movement? If it does, I wonder how thick that will make it.

I like everything about it except for the size...too big for my taste, of course. But boy does it look good.
Wanna Buy a Watch? in West Hollywood is a great place for vintage browsing. Have been in there once and was impressed with the selection. Also heard it's where Alton Brown gets a lot of his watches.
