Watch aesthetics come down to personal preference. I wish this one came on an Oyster.
The good news is that when it's on your wrist, you can't see the caseback.
I want to like it, but I can't get past the asymmetrical spacing of the day and date complications.
Until you mentioned that, I didn't even look at the date window. Now I can't unsee the crooked date on the chrono.

I have to say, the requirement to own one of them was a surprisingly challenging twist. I'll go with these:
JLC Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Duoface
9912 9913
JLC Master Ultra Thin 41 in pink...
I don't know. I think it's a nice pair of hooters you found there.

I think you're on the right track. Now I just need to head off the inevitable response that goes something like "Your choices suck. Instead you should get a Rolex or an Omega or a Grand Seiko or a...
Keep them shined, and they'll resist water, salt and the rest of the elements.
If she thinks it will look great with a white shirt and black suit, then for God's sake wear it with a white shirt and black suit!
I've done a few of those in my time. I enjoy the helpful "Choose the one you like best" responses.
