Ok I knew this was coming so here we go I spent last week in Manhattan doing all the nice Holiday stuff with the wife it was a great trip everything you can think of, skating at Bryant park,Rockefeller Square,slices at Joe's Pizza the Rockette's Christmas spectacular you name it we did it.
Day three I said " that's it" today is Watch day just for me and I went out and saw just about everything I wanted to and some things I didn't. Well this lovely young lady at Wempe really took the time to show me everything I wanted to try on and this sport watch was the winner. I bought it after a little haggling and said please just send to the hotel as i had walked there and it was late morning and had a full day planned. Manager dropped it off that evening on his way home nicely gift wrapped the next morning I opened it up and discovered crystal was scratched and badly. I grabbed an Uber and went right down they couldn't have been nicer and I think a little embarrassed. I relieved them of 2 bottles of champagne for my trouble and told them to make right which they did in a very professional way couldent be happier now
