shall have to what it's like when in
Tracking number last monday. Nothing moved. Wednesday , recieved. Thursday left , via Bahrain (?) , and in UK evening. On wrist Friday

Pleased to say tight markings on mine and not in your face tiger.
Strap perhaps more for a 6" wrist , why. No probs. though , being black swapped was a deffo.
Had doubts on the hands , and would say could do with being wider and more lume. Daylight , great , dark , great as full on lume. Yet low light hands are a bit thin.

Always been looking out for a meteorite, and touch and go on their Nova , prefered the stary night on that, so when this came up , and a case like this too , ace.

Wasn't sure whether it would be shiny or matt grey. And thought being a large(ish) dial would wear big

fine. Perhaps due to being matt and the dark chapter ring.
Finishing much better than the previous Zelos , of mine anyway. Pity their prices are climbing ever higher , like everyone else

I really like the checkerboard "Mondrian-style" patterning on that slice of meteorite. The Damascened steel makes for a striking combination. Congratulations!
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

    Just picked this up:

I'll have a go at explaining why yet another small rusty watch is quite exciting later...

Sorry I didn't get this done yesterday - my MIL's best friend is in hospital and I've been promoted to taxi diving duties... As such, I haven't got time to do my usual splurge, so here's a link:

    https://www.watchuseek.com/threads/m...purna.5360829/

The bottom line is that, a bit like the Accutron Astronaut, the Lip that went up Annapurna with Herzog and Lachenal was neither an Annapurna or a Himalaya, it was, however, the watch designed by Lip specifically for that sort of task and explicitly given to Herzog for climbing. Not only is it a pretty little watch that, once again, blatantly copied the Borgel case, but it's got a lovely movement:

    And oodles of history.

Now all I need is the Vulcain...

And gives me an intense deja vu - where the hell is that borrowed from?
