Pity Rios haven't gone for a red though, as would be more closer.
They have a different smell to others, very flexi from day one

What do Rios call that particular strap?

(I *thought the stitching looked similar to that on my Rios Springfield :-)
It's the final countdown! PM me before they're all gone!

2 18mm Canvas straps, a 22mm racing strap, a 20mm bronze hardware leather NATO, 3 18mm NATOs and a 24mm leather NATO from CheapestNATOStrap. Apparently they are having a big sale because they are struggling with the whole virus thing.

    Cretins!

And now my emails to the ‘info@‘ address of the company are being returned because the address is unknown by the ‘postmaster@‘ at the company.

It’s a well set-up company that does a lot of mail-order business as far as I know.

Now I’m going to have to consider ringing New Jersey at mega £s per minute.

It may be easier to deal with from the credit card company if you cannot contact them by email?
    Cheers,

Yes, if it was a matter of a refund I’d contact PayPal.

What I want to do is speak to the company, alert them to the problem, if they haven’t noticed - and then get a replacement sent out.

    Progress.

I spoke to a very nice man at The Airplane Shop who should be able to sort things out. The problem was idiocy at USPS, which is what I had assumed. He was efficient too, so my call won’t have been too expensive. The email problem is that they’ve recently switched to an Office 365 system which isn’t working properly.

I’m not a collector of model aeroplanes, but this is a little model of the Austrian Airlines Dash 8 that carried us out of Kraków in near-miraculous fashion. A nice memento, with some emotive symbolism.

    Fingers crossed.
