I will take that as a compliment C, thank you! No worries, after going through so many in a short period of time I've realized how unemotional I can be with regard to watches, purely business as they say and getting to sample a bunch of lovely wrist wear is fun. I do realize some (maybe all) have less than positive thoughts of my actions (especially the financial part) but hey, it's my money and my passion. Thanks again for the comments sir!!!

Indeed. It was a compliment. No implicit criticism whatsoever. We all have different - and equally respectable - ways to enjoy this hobby.

P.S.: Oh yes - I don't remember if I've already mentioned it - it's a plaisir to see you here.

Oh, no offense at all taken, you don't have a bitter bone in your body from getting to "know" you. And yes, I am glad that I get to see your stash of lovelies here since you may not be visiting WUS so often . . .

I passed this Yuri Gagarin commemorative watch on to a local WIS who, I hope, is wearing it in health:

It's a neat little watch but I just never wore it...

While C's comments are true (about you being "cold" with watches), I can't help but also realize that perhaps, it is through such "sampling" if I may call it, that one gets to realize what appeals to them. Very expensive way to find out, if one is not careful, and have not done enough homework about the next acquisition. By the way, your selection of pieces has also being going up notches - every piece seems nicer than the previous one.

As they always say, it's not the destination , but the journey that make it interesting.

    Enjoy wearing them!

Hmmm. I gave away a Rado Super Time, two G-Shocks, an Invicta, a Momentum, a Seiko Marine Sport quartz chrono, a neat little Seiko dress quartz, a Rodania digi-ana, a Seiko Pulsar Spoon, and a double handful of 70's and 80's Seiko LCD's. Just stuff that hadn't seen action in a long time, and wouldn't for an equally long time to come, if ever. And there's 20 or so more waiting for someone to give them a new home. And that doesn't make a dent in my main collection.
