    Corniche

Purty huh? Just saw this on instagram. ls available with a gold plated case, and/or white dial with blue hands. Sapphire crystal, £260ish. I mean it's quartz but it doesn't have a second hand so I could make an exception.

Never heard of them but it does look nice. Quartz makes sense with no seconds hand and its the type of watch I would only occasionally wear so picking it up and not resetting would make sense.

Only three things wrong with it: 'Corniche', 'Limited Edition' and 'Heritage'.

    '40' is fine.

I'm a bit more forgiving: Just leave out the 'Limited Edition' and it'd be just fine. Put it on the case back by all means; but it just clutters the face unnecessarily.

I agree. One line at 6 to balance the brand is sufficient. Ideally it would say 'chronometer'.

I have a DW with no second hand, and it does not make the ticking sound.

    I am even more forgiving.
You need some text there. So, why not. Better than something like "chronometer" or "colorectal polyp."

Good. The ticking drives me nuts. I don't think I have super hearing, but I can hear it at 3 meters in my quartz.
