Just an old coffee grinder that I use as a spice mill. Sometimes I use a mortar and pestle, but that's when I want a specific texture.

I usually can't stand buttercream, but that looks amazing.

Mrs. K baked a pretty great apple pie today. I claimed the scraps and cores. Peaking out at the back there is the beginning of apple cider vinegar.

That's what I figured, but those are pretty hard to clean out 100%. That first cup of coffee you grind beans for after the peppers are processed could be a real wake up if you know what I mean? I love coffee, and I like ultra hot peppers for flavor, I just don't think I want them together in my morning joe.
    Cheers,

    Michael

I have a burr grinder for coffee. This is a cheap blade type used exclusively for spices for the reasons you've stated.

Sacrilege, Buttercream icing is awesome. Now Gluten free cake at first pass does not sound that good, but I'll hold judgement until I try it. How bad can it be if it's cake?
    Cheers,
