Have been in tenerife for 2 weeks and haven't found good bread. No sourdough at all! I've only checked supermarkets too be fair but they're huge ones. In the uk most places do sourdough.

Jamaican red peas and sweet potato soup. Two home grown Scotch bonnets and one madame Jeanette in the broth and the yellow puddle is house fermented Scotch bonnet hot sauce.

First attempt at the infinitely superior Spanish version of ciabatta; pan de cristal. Glass bread. It has 100% hydration, making it interesting to work with.
