    Have been in tenerife for 2 weeks and haven't found good bread. No sourdough at all! I've only checked supermarkets too be fair but they're huge ones. In the uk most places do sourdough.

    Yeah, thanks. I guess it's not enough of an issue for me to go to another shop in addition to the supermarket.

    First attempt at the infinitely superior Spanish version of ciabatta; pan de cristal. Glass bread. It has 100% hydration, making it interesting to work with.
